Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

We will review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement or issue store credit.
We cannot accept claims made after 48 hours or for products that have been opened or used.

We ship within the U.S. only.
Flat rate shipping:
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, postal issues, or weather disruptions.

A: We create small-batch, bold flavor infusions using high-quality ingredients. Our blends are crafted to stand out on charcuterie boards, in cocktails, and in everyday cooking — flavors you won’t find in a grocery aisle.

Q: Does honey expire?
A: Pure honey never spoils, but it may crystallize over time. That’s natural! To restore, place the jar in warm water and stir gently until smooth.

Q: Do your products need refrigeration?
A: Honey should be stored at room temperature. Vinegars are also shelf-stable but should be kept in a cool, dark place. Once opened, refrigerating infused vinegar can help maintain peak flavor.

Q: Are your products allergy-friendly?
A: Our honey and vinegars are free from artificial additives, but they are produced in a cottage kitchen. Please review ingredients carefully before consuming if you have allergies.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are processed in 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary by carrier, but most arrive within 3–7 days once shipped.

Q: Do you ship outside of Florida?
A: Yes! While our cottage food license restricts some items locally, our honey jars, vinegars, and merchandise ship throughout the U.S.

Q: Can I pick up locally?
